Win10 解决svchost.exe 占用网速

很多网友发现svchost.exe这个系统进程总是在不停的下载数据。以为是中毒，但是使用各种杀毒软件也无法查杀出病毒。其实不必担心中毒，这是微软的一个服务而已，作用是使用空闲的宽带在后台传送文件，例如：windows更新或者MSN
Explorer 。只需要在服务中关闭即可

1.打开任务管理器

2.在服务界面中找到 Background Intelligent Transfer Service

3.在该服务上: 右键→属性→停止服务→将启动类型修改为 手动

需要注意的是Win10系统的Windows updata更新服务依赖Background Intelligent Transfer
Service服务，禁用后将无法自动更新，所以启动类型建议修改为”手动”
